Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Teon.agency's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Teon.agency provides marketing consultation and growth strategy services, including but not limited to:

• App growth marketing strategies
• SaaS marketing consultation
• Data-driven marketing approaches
• Campaign optimization and analysis
• Product marketing strategy development

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and marketing goals
• Cooperate in good faith during the consultation process
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary strategies shared
• Provide timely feedback and approvals when requested

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Consultation fees are due upon completion of services
• Project-based work may require upfront payment or milestone payments
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Intellectual Property

All marketing strategies, recommendations, and materials created by Teon.agency remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients may use provided strategies for their business purposes but may not resell or redistribute our proprietary methodologies.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Business strategies and proprietary information
• Financial data and performance metrics
• Client lists and contact information
• Any other sensitive information disclosed during consultations

7. Limitation of Liability

Teon.agency's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for:

• Results that depend on client implementation
• Market conditions beyond our control
• Third-party platform changes or restrictions
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
• Client retains rights to strategies already implemented

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
